A journey that inspired a way of coaching.
I believe good health should feel achievable, sustainable and supportive — never punishing. That belief was shaped by my own story.

From symptoms to a new path.
My journey into health coaching began through my own health challenges.
In 2009, after returning home from a family holiday, I suddenly experienced a severe episode of vertigo. Although the vertigo eventually resolved, it left me feeling as though I was constantly walking on unstable ground. My eyes felt unsettled, I experienced ongoing nausea, chronic fatigue, significant weight loss, and a persistent feeling that something simply wasn't right.
Despite numerous medical appointments and tests, I was often told that nothing was wrong. I knew my body better than anyone else, and I wanted answers.
What followed was years of research, learning, self-discovery, and a deep commitment to understanding health from a broader perspective. Over time, I learned how to support my body, retrain my brain, and rebuild my health.
While not every health challenge has a simple explanation or quick fix, my experience taught me something incredibly valuable: understanding your body, caring for yourself consistently, and making small, intentional changes can have a profound impact on your overall wellbeing.
Today, I feel healthier, more empowered, and more connected to my own health than ever before.
That experience inspired me to become a health coach so I could help others navigate their own journeys with greater confidence, support, and clarity.

Good health should feel achievable, sustainable and supportive.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. Every person deserves an individualised path to better health.
